  • Lettuce leaves
  • Baby spinach
  • Arugula
  • Lollo rosso
  • Goma Truffle Dressing
  • Tempura Fried Shiitake
  • Sesame seeds
  • Avocados (for a healthier variant)

 
HOW TO MAKE CRISP SHIITAKE SALAD: –

To prepare Crisp Shiitake Salad, toss a handful of lettuce leaves, baby spinach, arugula and shredded lollo rosso in a bowl. Toss the Mexican green leafy vegetables with some Goma truffle dressing and combine them well. Plate the vegetables surrounded with tempura fried shiitake and garnish it with sesame seeds.

To enjoy a healthier variant of the salad, replace the fried shiitake with sliced avocados.
