  • Lotus stem
  • Fried potatoes
  • Green chillies
  • Walnuts
  • Fried garlic
  • Coriander powder
  • Aniseed powder
  • Yellow chilli powder
  • Salt

 
 
HOW TO MAKE VEG SEEKH KEBAB: –
To make a Veg Seekh Kebab, start by kneading a mound with all the ingredients together. Ensure the mound is firm and dry. Impale and secure the dry mixture on a skewer. Grill the kebab on a mild, open flame for a few minutes. Plate the delicacy aesthetically when it’s done.
