The best of the traditional French market will be showcased, from open-fire grilled specialties to artisan cheeses; seasonal fresh vegetables and fruits; and local Mediterranean dishes—finished with exquisite desserts by the hotel’s pastry chef, Tanya Colella. The lively atmosphere will be brought to life by the musical talents of the Chris Cadillac Strolling Band, known for their magnetic, high-energy performances.
