EXPLORE ENGLAND WITH JOE: GO SET-JETTING ON THE FILMING LOCATION OF NETFLIX’S ‘YOU’ SERIES

EXPLORE ENGLAND

England, with its iconic landmarks, historic homes and picturesque countryside has always been an ideal place for filming. Now that the hit Netflix series ‘You’ has fixed its base in British land, this gives us all the more reasons to fawn over this stunning country. The show – You, is an American psychological thriller based on the stories by author Caroline Kepnes. The story manoeuvres around the dark fantasies and faux idealist life led by the story’s main character Joe Goldberg – played by Penn Badgley. Previously we witnessed the first three seasons of him wandering through the streets and landmarks of New York, Los Angeles and ultimately to the fictional suburb of California’s San Francisco. Now, in season 4 of You, Goldberg makes his way to England to start a new life as Jonathan Moore – a Literature professor. From the vibrant and bustling city of London to the serene bliss of Black Park woods, the show has seamlessly managed to capture all the beautiful, scenic locations which the country has to offer. So, we may not quite agree with Joe’s ideals, but we definitely dig his choice of locale! Read on as we take you behind the scenes of You’s filming locations across England.
